Dispatch times
Once an order is placed we aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days.

Ireland
Orders typically arrive within 3-10 working days. Every order ships with tracking.

Your tracking number will only become recognised as 'active' on the shipping provider's website once it has been scanned in at the local depot or by the delivery driver on the day of delivery.

Many couriers do not update their tracking information until the parcel has been attempted to be delivered.

We understand delayed parcels are frustrating, which is why we do everything we can to prevent this.

If there is an issue with delivery we will do our best to notify you as soon as we find out from our courier.

Delays are expected at peak times of the year (Christmas, Black Friday, Father's Day etc.) but we will always try to keep our shipping estimates up to date.

In rare cases where parcels are lost, please contact us and we can help.

Oak Forge ships to Ireland, with free shipping on every order.

If we don't ship to your address, checkout won't let you place the order. Please contact us with any specific questions.

Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched we are unable to recall it.

While we can't guarantee it, if you need to update the address, size, colour etc. of an order you have placed, the sooner you email us at support@oakforgeshop.com the more chance we have of being able to do so.
